Yom Hazikaron / Yom Haatzmaut

To commemorate and celebrate, our community joins the Arnonim shul and holds a joint Tekes Maavar (a transition ceremony) between the two days.

The ceremony begins with texts and songs to commemorate our fallen soldiers, and then takes a sharp turn to celebrate the birth of modern Israel.
